Which one revs higher a TRX250X cdi or a XR250 cdi

i cant tell you for sure, but if your thinking about switching to the xr cdi on your 250x, you'll need some serious motor mods to make it worth while. the motor simply dose not go any faster by revving it real high.

im perdy sure the xr cdi will rev faster adn give more snap...the xr cdi is what one of the guys at my shop i work at is runnin on his 400ex for ice racing...if u get the cdi u should consider getting an aftermarket rod so that dont go junk....but yea...the only problem is that i heard of wiht the xr cdi is it sometimes starts hard...so id u get an xr cdi hold onto ur stcok cdi incase the xr $#!ts on ya
