wich sand dunes are better silver lake (already been to) or the ones in indiana. and are the bad lands better

I went to the access Indiana DNR web site and it doesnt show the Indiana Dunes as a place to ride ATV's. It does show Badlands. So where do you ride at the Indiana Dunes?:confused:
