 Hello, Newbie to the forum.....

I called Pro Circuit for recomendations on jetting my 02 400ex with a T-4 exhaust. They advised using a 155 main jet and 55 pilot jet. I live at approxamately 1000 above sea level. Harrisburg PA. I was concerned that the 55 pilot jet might be a bit high. Any experience on where I should began at or does this sound accurrate?

Thanks

if the T-4 is your only mod.. from what I know I guess you should be using a 40 or 42 pilot jet.. but I think the main jet is ok ;)
hope I'm right

Thame 2010,

Thanks for the quick reply. I plan on putting a K& N filter . The pipe is not on Yet, but will tonight. I'll go with the 155 main jet change and start with the 42 pilot. Do you confir????

Thanks

with the air box lid on, that sounds good. i would run that jetting with the fuel screw turned out 2.5 turns from lightly seated for starters.

I believe I'm a little over 700ft. and I just used a 160 main. I probably could have went with the 165 main. I didn't even mess with the pilot. Just another option. Have fun with it. I loved the sound of my t-4 when I had the 400ex.

I called pro circuit after I got my t4 and they told me to back out the airscrew quarter to a half turn.
