what was your worst injery

Mine was that I bruded my tailbone last winter snowboarding. It hurt like hell for about 2 weeks.

well all on a quad...broke both arms, broken ribs and fracutred sternm(sp) that thinggy in the middle of yer ribs, broken thumb, broken right lef (still have no feeling in my shin and that was a year ago)

well def when i was bmx ridin(in my best wanksta voice) last summer...and i went off a gap and i didnt bronco high enough so eventually i was manualing(Sp) down the landing of the gap and BOOM,happened so fast and hurt so bad,i bent my fluted slim bars that are cut 3 inches on each side,yea i couldnt believe it.....i bruised my whole inside of my right thigh,twisted my ankle cause it got caught in the bike...but anyway my biggest problem was my back....it hurt for about 6-8 months after that,not constant just some lil twiches of intense pain here and there,and i knew it was from that crash,but the first two months i didnt lift anything over 40 pds,always got up slowly if i bent down...sucked so bad took me over a hr to get home,usually would have taken me 15 mins...haven't been back there since

o-ya i forgot about my back i was hitting a step up on the 400ex and dident quiet make it so i went over the bars hit the ground face first and the quad landed in the small of my back.....the next day i went to get out of bed to take a piss it took me 10 mins to get to the bathroom that was 15ft away it also brought tears to my eyes i was out of work for a month and it took over a year and a half to get better and to this day it will still bother me if i work around the house to long

Bailing off when riding and putting a 3 inch stick directly through my stomach/intestines ..... and 2 sundays ago I got nailed by a dirtbiek while ridding ... shattered both bones ( tibia and fibia) in my right leg . Now I have a titanium rod and 4 pins holding everything together .... including a nice 10 inch long scar from where the bone ripped through my skin . I also had to have a bone graph done to my leg because I literally had about 3 or 4 inch of my leg that had no bone left ... they were picking pieces of bone from out of the dirt . That's about it though ... no other major accidents !!!!

well not really...i broke my thumb and my right leg in one crash...both arms in another and the sternum and ribs in another...the sternum was THE MOST PAINFUL THING you can ever experience...trust me its hard to breath when you try to take a deep breath its soo painful you dont wanna...and it was like that for 3 weeks:eek2:

i also fractured my jaw in another and im only 16:huh ...plus i have no feeling in my right shin...its all numb until i slightly bump it then it feels like i got a hammer into it...and my hip acts up for some od reason...im going to have BAD paints when im older

MX of course.... severed 88% of my quad tendon on my right leg, cracked my kneecap, tore my ACL and MCL, and did cartilage damage. Amazingly I recovered well after open knee surgery and dont walk with a pimp limp or anything. It does bother me when the weather changes and if I am sitting like in a car for a long time it will periodically lock up a little and pop... dont EVER screw up a knee if you can help it. Ive had alot of injuries but knees the worst by FAR!! I have the knees of a 70 year old, and screwed up the other one as well, but not as bad as this one....

concusion after nose diving up at rausch exriders ride, My whole right side of my face was basacally on the ground butt no scars were left other then near my eye. I was really dizzy for 2 weeks and made me really hard to walk or get around.

This is what happens when you go to Little Sahara with Colby and Dusty. I was in a comma, on life support, had a lacerated kidney spline and liver, punctured and collapsed both lungs and the doctor said I had so many broken ribs he wouldn't count.Also had a total of 4 chest tubes in for drainage.

There will be many more surgeries to repair my leg , many more bone graphs and skin graphs , but I guess im luck I can move my toes and have feeling in them . First thing I did after getting hit was try moving my toes . Even with my leg bent out , sole of my foot looking at me , I was able to feel everything ( relief to know my leg was still attatched) . I know later down the road I'm gunna ahve lots of arthritis and stuff , hopefully will be able to walk normally , without a limp ( I doubt it though) .

As bad as my injury may be , I think JHallettEX might have me beat ..... his looks pretty knarly !!!!!!

We were at SandFest or Roostfest, Sept. 2002. I was the first to go over a dune, went to jump it, the back side ended up being a 65 foot fall from what they tell me. I was life flighted to Okla. City, ended up staying in the Hospital for almost 2 months between three hospitals.

Fell asleep behind the wheel of my 5 week old 1982 loaded firebird. Took a 15in dia tree out of the ground and sat the car on top of it. put a perfect v shape in the front end, the dash started to pop off cuz the engine was pushed into it. I crushed my face on the dash. I was in intensive care for a week and for the first 3 days was given a 50/50 chance of making it. Then after 3 years and 12 surgerys and a bunch of wire and silicone I was back together again. When I woke up all I could think of was I got to go back to work so I can make my car and house payments. My auto Insurance took very good care of me and was only off for 2.5 years and didn't lose anything. if it means anything sence I have been riding quads going on 6 years, I have broke my tail bone (big wheelie flip), tore all my ligaments in my right thumb (rode over a friends rear tire flipped sideways, couldn't see sand storm) and just two weeks ago brused my ribs and knees (front a-arm came off the wheel).....;)
