i was wondering what was the biggest bore size any of u have seen on the 450r.......ive seen 500 any bigger???

the 500 kit is a 99mm piston. I believe 100mm (510cc) is as big as you can go. This kit is offered by DASA.

N-motion does 520 kit they just did it on a project 450r. I talked to john the mechanic he wouldnt tell me the HP numbers but he said he has yet to see a 4 stroke with more torque. you can see pics of the bike on their website www.nmotiontechnology.com

The nmotion kit comes with a new cylinder. It isn't an overbore of the stock cylinder.

John at N Motion is none other than John Stalworth, of pike's peak fame. I havent seen the 510 run, but have ridden with other motors he's built, and his motors are practically bulletproof.

John used to run Power Playground, but teamed up with Nate Leverenz to open up N Motion. They have great customer service and will always steer you in the right direction when it comes to performance for any quad.
