grizzly?

im looking at an 02' grizzly real cheap
are they any good what are the pros and cons
im thinking i want it for some of the rough stuff we go thru in the trails and to carry the keg lol
what do you guys think?
btw its 4000 for this thing is it worth it?

Just look at its condition and check for scratches, check the frame, test ride it ect. I've ridden a 2002 Grizzly before and that thing was a beast. Its like driving a tank compared to a sport quad though :p

i rode a grizzly a year ago and it felt more like a sport quad compared to my sportsman 500

I have an 03 Grizzly. I love it. It will go almost anywhere you point it. 02 was the first year of the 660 sized engine. People say they are top heavy. This thing isn't made to handle like a sport quad. See if it has had the update done to it. Some 660 Grizzly's have a vapor lock/sputtering problem, and run hot due to the unvented side panels. The update has vented side panels, heatshields, and different jetting. It's a warrenty item, so they all get it for free. Wait untill you ride it in the snow, you'll never want to ride a sport quad in the snow again! $4000 sounds like a good deal if it's as clean as you say. Good luck.

Get it for $4000 and its liek new thats a good deal. HOw many miles does it have? ALso chekc the wheels and just go over it of you do get it. I love my grizzly i think i like it more than my z and i ride it alot more. Also the grizzlys will take you throught some deep snow. We had 2 feet or more last year and i mad eit everywhere without getting stuck till i hit this huge snow drift.
