Its not because they're not selling. Most of those deals are on 2004 models. The dealers need to move them out to make room for the 2005's.

I think sales tax is 10% in TN.

Yeah, those guys are cheap and great to deal with. TN sales tax only applies to those living in TN. If you're from another state, you'll have to pay your state's sales taxes (if you have any) when you get back. Dang, for $5,300 I almost want to go and pick me up a Honda to go along with the YFZ...

You probably wouldn't have to pay the sales tax unless you went to register it, which you won't be able to do unless state law requires it.

I bought mine from there in early March. It was a little more than 5299 then, about 5999 OTD but still about 1000 less than I would have paid local! Excellent place to do business with with! They quickly answered all my questions and had me on my way. It was well worth the drive for me. They do a high volume of sales. It was a cold day in March and they still had 20+ people in the store. I was in a line of 10 people to pay for bike purchases and do the paperwork(which moved quick with several people checking you out). When I pulled up my 450R was one of 4 sitting outside waiting to be picked up. He had several people came through and take pictures of the 450R's since they were so hard to find back then. The prices the quote are for real and there is no BS on the backend. I'll probably buy my next bike there also. Hmmmmm maybe a CBR1000.............:D
