I want to take all of these off and replace them with other tin and stuff. Do i juts use the right size bolts and nuts or what do i do ? and can i see your pictures off this?

You can pop rivet them on for a nice clean look and they usually won't come loose.

drill the rivets out, save the ring under the fender, and put new rivets in
