Set for 150 pound rider MX on +2 arms. will include new main springs for a 180-200 pound rider. these will work on a 450R as far as i know with LT arms

These have the oversize rezzys and 8 click compression adjustments

I'm 225 lbs...and do you need long travel a-arms for these? If not can you upgrade later to long travel?
