I have a brand new set of X-Factor Pro Peg Nerf bars for a 400ex.
The box is unopened and the nerfs have never been installed.
Parted my project quad out and am down to the last of my "smart investments"
My loss is definately someone else's gain.

-As far as how the nerfs mount, I will have to open them up tonight. I would think they would be frame mounted but I will check for sure.
