well my brake rotor is junk where and how much can i get a new one

you can get one at your shop or dealer. a stock replacement or something similar can cost upwards of 80 bucks.

I think Tusk (Rocky Mountain) sells one for about $40, or if you have a little more cash than that, you can get a wave rotor from RAD Mfg. for $80.

i just need somthing that works cuz i hit a rock and my skid plate bent up and destroyed my rotor

Either Tusk or Titax from Rocky Mountain, $49.95. You probably won't find a new one cheaper. Try eBay or the "For Sale" forum here.

Don't go cheap, buy a nice Wave Rotor. Most places carry them, K&K, Nac's, Eastcoast...

What does a more expensive rotor do? What would be the benefits buying a wave rotor vs. stock? I have no clue on this subject so I figured Id ask!

Some of the cheaper ones arent stainless steels and they rust. The rad wave rotors are pretty good rotors for $80.
