I ahve a beautiful 98' cr500 w/ alloy wheels/steering damper/2 tires/fmf pipe/ to many things 2 list, just put a new piston/rings/bearing/reeds in for a new top end 3 weeks ago, had the exhaust port matched, etc...
rode it 6 times in idaho at the dunes and then got shipped here, don't have time to ride it and need the money, this is on heck of a great deal, i paid $3,800 FOR IT in sacramento a few months back but i need the money now, i also put an easy 4-500 hundred into the top end. i was replacing the reeds and noticed a crack on the intake of the piston skirt, hence the complete top end rebuil, i have pictures oof what i found early on somewhere.
anyway, good/excellent deal 4 someone, my loss ur gain.
