Works Shocks bushings

I need to replace my lower bushings. How do I get them out? I tried a rubber mallet, with no success.:confused:

there is two sides to a works shock busing get a flat blade screw driver and pry each side away from the shock and it sould come out, that is want i did to regrease mine
