what are the best sxle beaings and seals and how hard is it to in tall new bearings and seal in the rear end of a 300ex?

pivot works, all balls , moose, all make good bearings. i have pivot works for the front swingarm pivot and just ordered moose for the rear carrier cuz i got a good deal on them from C&D. just stay away from the ones on Ebay.
