To all that thought about showing up,you should've.Sat. was tt and short track. You had to run an A class and place in the top 5 to qualify for the sunday mx dash for cash.
There were a few big names (rath, bettis, berger, gauthier).Rath only ran saturday.Bettis ran sunday and looked good in the moto's but when the dash was lining up his predator wouldn't start.
Dash was 7 guys, 10 laps for not the advertised $2000 but $5010.All 7 were from wisconsin.Gauthier, berger, propson, havel, vandenheuv el and a couple more.
As expected gauthier got the holeshot on his crf450 quad and never looked back.Congrats go out to him and Janssen Racing for putting up the starting purse.
Overall weekend purse was over $7500.:D Pics and more details should be in ATV SPORT soon.

Rath didn't race in the dash for cash mainly because he donated $550 of his own money to the overall purse. Also, another production company matched Rath's effort with $550. Another grand was donated if Gravity Park matched it, which it did. It was neat to see the dash prize grow as the day progressed. The weather was great and Cory couldn't wipe the smile off his face when they handed him all that cash.

Apparently Rath had to leave before the dash ran. His rig pulled out before the 2nd motos were over. Here is a link to some quadlympic pictures.

Here is a teaser...

Darryl and Ben were this close pretty much the entire TT in Production A.

There are a few pictures of Ben MXing his Predator Here (http://www.36redrocket.com/pictures/Quadlympics2004/)

Just scroll down to the bettismx and bettis2mx pics. Should be some of him and Stephen Propson battling it out in the MX further down too.

I don't have the official results but I think that Nicholas kid won the 6ft trophy in at least one B class for the overall in MX/TT/ST.
I am honestly not a big Predator fan but they all showed that you put a ton of cash into one ( just like any other production bike) and they can be competitive.

I met up with doug last winter and he now sponsors my Ole man racing his PReddy :) One thing I have learned about Dougs machines is hes got some VERY FAST Predators and so is his Son!!!:eek2:

I talked to doug quite a bit.Very nice guy,he actually donated some money to the dash payout. It didn't sound like they(nicholas group) raced alot of short track and tt.But you could of fooled me.There was also 3 gas gas quads that showed up.Next year hopefully double the entrants.
