Ok i was riding and i was in second gear and the quad just turned off. And i tried to start it and it sounded like the starter was just spinning. Could a fouled plug cause this? Could it have siezed? I have oil. Good battery.

Is the motor turning over.. I assume it is.?

First thing I would check is the spark plug and boot. Then remove the spark plug hold it agains the metal engine and check for spark.

If theres no spark, check all your wiring connections make sure nothing has came unplugged or loose. If thats all straigfht and still no spark, you need to start looking at other things like cdi, stator, flywheel etc.

I'm leaning towards you have no spark, and I'm assuming the motor is turning over. ... You have gas right?

Well i have a flat spot on my flywheel from a bad starter previous. So it found the flat spot. I am gonna try and push start it see if it is turning over.
