450R vs. CRF250R

Just out of curiousity, who do you guys think would win in a race with a stock 450R vs. a stock CRF250R? Off the line? Top end? Thanks for any thoughts...

if your a good rider you should smoke it...i beat a crf450r 2 out of six times....a crf250r should be no question......

hes right its really not i was on one about 2 weeks ago and i couldnt wait ot rdie it i tohught it was gonna be incredible fast and gettin off my piped 400ex and goin to a bone stock 450r i didnt feel that much of a power gain ........dont get me wrong they are faster all around but i dont think by much they arenice quads just not what i expected

Alright now its getting alittle deep in here......:rolleyes: I can believe the Crf250, but I call bs on the 400 and the Cr250. Both of those bikes put out atleast 45hp stock and at most weigh 240lbs. Your telling me that your 350+ quad with around 40hp is beating these bikes? They either don't know how to ride, or you've got a "different" perspective on reality.... I've been around both bikes and quads for over tens years now and I just don't buy it.

and my second run was 5.25

LMAO, you are trying to make us believe that you went a 4.95, in 300ft dirt I assume, on a 450R with 18's? Get a life! You need a dedicated drag setup on a 4 stroke to be that fast, period.

o my goodness....... I don't think so bud. My friends full drag Raptor 727 is running 4.8's......I doubt SERIOUSLY your doing that on your 450. Your losing credibility SERIOUSLY fast...

i was there with trick me and him run all the time the drag was probly 250-280 feet long and he did get a 4.9 something i dont remeber what the last number was but he beat all the bikes and the quads that day in the drag i was standing right by the clock when he did his run i only got a 5.9 :( o well i guess i got to go put more money into mine ands make it faster

well im about 20 minutes from the ny border and its 4 hours for me....your proly looking at 51/2 -6 hour drive.....
