View Full Version : What Rear Tires for my 250ex?????

hey, I have had my 250ex for some time now and i am going to get new rear tires for it.I cant decide what tires to get.Here are my choices
-Turf Tamers
-Razrs
-Holeshots
-Shredders
-Bandits
Which one should i get??????

on my 300 i have rear razrs and bandit fronts and i am very happy with them.But it mostly depends on the type of riding u do and i thik taht u should get the holeshots

I have Shredders on the rear of my 300EX and I love them!!! They are good for almost anything!!! ;)

Ive got Razrs on mine....excellent hookup....shouldve got 20" but the 22s work good. Lots more hookup than 400 stockers.....found that out today. :blah
Says you have shaved front fenders in you sig. Got any pics? I wanna see that. :cool:

i have razrs on my 400, and holeshots on my other bikes.......but i think i like the razrs the best and thats i what i will be getting for my 88R to replace the stock ohtsu radials.

I think that any of the tires will be a big improvement over the stockers. just get a square shaped tire, and you'll be fine.

I personaly like the shredders over the others, but i hear holeshot came out with a new tire so im gonna have to check it out

Get you some Trail Claws. they hook up awesome and they are pretty light!

I left my dig camera on and ran the batteries down!! You can probably find a good pic of them on the net!

Thats them!!! them suckas hook up good too,,and they are lighter than the bandits,,,,not sure about lighter than the others though. Terry weighed them and a set of Bandits with me on the phone before I bought mine and the Claws were lighter.

GO WITH 20" 4PLY HOLESHOTS OR RAZRS, THEY CUT THE TOPEND A BIT BUT THE BOTTOM AND MID GAINS ARE WORTH IT!
