I can't help you with a pipe, but I got to ask why you are wanting the tc over the sparks? I have never run a tc, but I can't imagine it being much better than a sparks unless it is on the bottom end.

Ive rode a 300ex with a TC and it pulls so much harder on bottom end...the sparks has better mid-top end...

i think you should look for a t-4 and cut it or find one shortened already...i have more low end then i can deal with lol..i can pull holeshots in 3rd gear with no problem...so yeah..its def a great pipe..sounds so mean too..it wouldn't be as loud as a tc though..:)
