Having problems with cable adjustment. Using thumb throttle and cable seems about 1/2'' short. Any help will be appreciated.

I Believe mine was too short as well. I had a shop throw mine in while i was getting the big-bore and polishing done and It looks like they put an extender on it somehow. If ya need pics of how mine is on there just respond on this forum and I will keep a look out. Reaper

Thanks for the help. I called Edelbrock and they said to call motionpro due to having an aftermarket stem that raised the bars 1 1/4". You would think a company of that size would have all bases covered and allow for this. Any tuning tips?

It has nothing to do with the length of the cable, it is the throw.

You do have to grind down the throttle stop in the themb throttle to reach full throttle.

If your cable is too short, that is a seperate issue.
