Yup I'm at about 3k also, and I haven'e even touch the suspension yet.

I had an '85 LT250R before I got my 400EX, and had about $2000 into that, but nothing into the 400EX yet, soon though, very soon!!!

I have around 7 grand in mine,not including the cost of the bike. man things add up quick.

yo no offense, but that doesn't seem like 7 grand, i'll have to count it. no offense;)

trust me its over 7 grand. 2000 for shocks, 550 for swingarm, 525 for a arms, about 300 for each set of rims, between 150 and 200 for each set of tires. plus counting all of the little things that dont cost a whole bunch it adds up fast. if u need to see a complete list with prices i could show u.

Man i wish i only had 1500 into my R, but i am between 7 and 8500 dollors not counting the cost of the quad.

I've probably spent around 300 so far and I've only had the bike for three weeks. It all depends on what you want and how much you are WILLING to spend. Good luck.

I have about 800-900 dollars i bought it 2 months ago i have dirtdevils and rolled lip itp rims bill's thunder series pipe k&n power kit 14 tooth front sprocket which i would suggest that for anyone who has a 400ex

my new motor will be $1500 just for the work on it. i would have to say i have 16k in mine including the quad. i havent added it up lately but i know it was 13k last fall and i've done a lot since then.
so my guestimate is 10k in parts.
