something new,i got some gloss black parts and wondering what flat black would look like,i think that would look stealthy sorta....:o

I just picked up a pair of Renthal Fat Bars that have a flat black finish. And as crazy as it sounds, it actually inspired the same thought about going the flat black route on the frame and hubs. I have chrome a-arms and swing arm, and I'm thinking of chroming the sub-frame, side covers, and the stearing stem. This set up would allow me to switch back and forth between different color fenders, and completely change the look of the bike. :D

dont use flat black, it will look horrible all the time.. eventually it gets even "flatter" and will always look dirty.

oh and BTW i had flat black on my old Z400.

go with gloss black.
