white brothers jetting for a 400 ex

can ne one tell me what kind of jetting to use for a white brothers E-series exhaust and the number of discs to use for a 400 ex to get the best power gains?

slip on right?
if so i ran a 160 main with a 40 pilot with a K&N filter with the outwears airbox lid.
they recomend a 158 main with a 42pilot

full or slip on? what elevation you at? what temp do you ride in? any other mods on the bike? air box lid on or off?
