Where do I start?..............

So im gonna drop some dough into the quad after about 2 years of riding it stock. About 90% of my riding is done in the dunes.
I want to go more then 400cc's but what kit do I get....416,426 or the 440. I want somthing that is going to be reliable but yet still pack some punch. What r the pros and cons to each of these kits? Any reputable engine builders that any of you would recommend? Lets say I have a budget of about 2k just in the engne alone.........pipes, cam, carb............I have no idea where to start...thanks guys...

I say this as a helpful person, because theres lots of information about what your looking for in these threads....


For a start, I would go with a 416cc piston, Sparks pipe, Sparks cam, and an FCR 39mm carb...

well w/ 2 grand i would get the 416 or 426 just because ive herd alot of bad thing about the 440 and i also sugest a yoshimira exhaust and k&n power up kit....
