will 18x10x10 inch tires fit on stock 400ex rims?

negative, those will not fit!!!! your stock rims on a 400ex are only 9 inch rims. those tires you are wanting are 10 inch rims. the rim size is always the last number. the first number is how tall the tire is. the middle number is how wide the tire is. most tires will fit on any rim as long as the last numbers are the SAME!!!
