Follow Hwy 226 straight up, almost to Interstate 40. If you know where you turn off Hwy 226 to go to the Uncle Lem's track in Shelby, keep going straight there for another 45 minutes or so!

Hwy 221 is on the other side of the town Marion. Which is 5 minutes from the track. I cannot tell you how to get off 221 to get onto 226 though. But yes, Hwy 226 is the road at the Ingles off Hwy 74.

So if I head up 40 toward Morganton which exit do I get off on?

If we don't race until 3:15 we still have to be there at 8:00 for riders meeting?

What do you do for 7 hours waiting to race?

Each race gets a rider's meeting fifteen minutes before their race. I will stop signing up quads around 2:40, so be there and ready.

Tight - yes
Parking and everything is going to be tight.
It is new woods and Dad didn't go through there with a bobcat!

As far as a relief rider, gump, I want you well by this winter so you can take part in the Interstate races. Something new this year and I know you'll like it!

Need some help..... I've never raced in the woods before, what class should I run? 28 yrs old, riding a 440ex. medium fast.

Do I have to have a kill switch? Thats the only think my Quad doesn't have .

Are quads always last to run?

What is going to be the cost to ride the first time?

gump

no kill switch, and $5.00 gate fee and $30 entry for none members i think, and yes were last to run so it'll get whooped out in some places, but not so bad here since it's a new track, my favorite tracks are coming up, rockhouse, parker valley, hickory... and to all my fans out there,"my mom" i havn't totaly ruled out running nebo, but should just wait till rockhouse..
retire my ***....:macho

upon3 i would run c class if i were you for your first race in the woods, and just try to finish.. there are some very fast cherry pickers in c class, so just try and be mid to upper pack going into the woods and just set a pace you can ride for an hour and a half cause odds are this track will be tight and tuff, there will be 30 or more in that class, don't try to hard your first time out and you'll do good.. good luck and your fixing to get hooked on mideast racing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
