How fast does mine go

I have a 87' 250x with a cobra header and pipe with 22x11 razrs on back

how fast do you think it goes?????

i hope you mean ten inches wide because if a 250x can go 55 with stock motor except a pipe with 10 inch tall tires i am buyin 4

i have one with a white brothers slip on and mine tops out at about 53-->55mph

mine does 214.....not, who cares about how fast u can go down a road, it dont take any skill to go down a road and just hold throtle down. BUT i dont really know about how fast a 250x would go, think of how fast a 300ex would go and take off 50 cc worth, but i know that down a road mine keeps of just fine with a 300, it just matters when i have huge tires or small ones on, the olny diffence between a 3 and mine is a 3 gets there a little bit faster then mine, outher then that we r the same. i would say about 50-55

umm i think the 250x and 300 go the same speed. becaue the 250x is lighter has a higher compressionpiston and cam while the 300 is a lil bit heavieer due to a starter and was bumped up a couple cc by strokin it but then they put a lower compressio piston and not as hot cam. so i believe thy go both around 55 stock. bam

so you are saying i can use a 250x piston and cam to liven up my 2002 300ex?

Pipes,filters and things like that don't change your speed at all... sprockets, cams, bore kits and things like that will affect your top speed..

2k2-300exnj you definitly couldnt use te 250x piston because its made for a 250 and you have a 300 as for using the cam i dont know maybe. But you would probably be able to get something better for your 300 for the same cost.

i was just thinking if i use the 250x cam since it is honda oem it wouldnt void the warranty and still boost power

i should say you could, if you order a Webcam , its the same part #:) As for the Piston, no you couldnt.I would say, either bore it,Get a 12:1 piston (which requires high octane gas)or get a good cam.As for the speed, stock 250X's and 300EX's go the same speed. 52-55 MPH

the reason i dont want to get the aftermarket is because of the warranty
i have the extended warranty and dont want to void it i can go for a while now that i have some mods but i might have to get a cam, piston, or maybe a bore kit in like a year or so but first i have to get some aftermarket shocks before i go and get all that power
