jetting? 300 ex

I know this topic will piss somebody off but Ill ask anyway. 1993 300 ex has a megamax fmf silencer, k&n airfilter, bored 80 over. Right now the jetting is 122 main 40 pilot needle on the fifth clip down. Not sure of the stock size jetting on this bike. I believe it is running lean has some popping on deceleration. I haven't got a chance to get a new plug yet so I can realy go off that. Thanks for the help and sorry for the jetting question.:D

You are most likely very lean. I would start with a 135 main and a 42 pilot and put the needle in the stock position and go from there.

I just put a HMF on my 03 300ex, I used all stock carb settings and took out the 122 main and put in a 125, runs awesome. HMF pipe and new Razor2s make that thing rock.

a 122 main jet is the stock size for the 300ex
