Whats going beat who

I am looking into either a Z400,Raptor,OR a Bombardier DS650.Just wondering since i am looking for a quad with the best acceleration and most power

To do what? They are all pretty different quads. Where will you do most of your riding? Dunes or trails?

Yea you really need to specify exactly what kind of riding you will do, or what kind of modifications you will do to the machine. I haven't ridden a Z400 or a Raptor, but a DS650 has some pretty amazing power and can accelerate pretty quickly for such a large quad. Raptors are known to be quick with proper modifications (or even stock) and Z400's can hold their own with modifications also. I think it mostly depends on the size of your wallet and your shifting skills:o .

Well sounds like you telling me that it is a toss up between a raptor and a ds 650. Tell me little man about shifting skills about theses quads and how they differ, does not matter about the shifting I ride 400ex's ,Lt250's,Lt500 quadzilla, so don't mattter kid with me.:mad: :mad:

Where your riding has alot to do with what quad I'd suggest. The DS has the most power out of them all, but you wouldn't catch me trail riding it.

anywas, its a tossup between a ds and a raptor. If your only drag racing, go with the raptor.

People today I tell ya. First of lets see you ask were did I start talking a quadzilla MR.toadZ400 was telling me it depends of how your shifting skills what atv you should get.So i told him one of the atv my bro has got was a zilla that i ride so that would put the idea in his head wow ,I quess it does not mater what quad he gets with needed to have good shifting skills. I started with thread to ask what people thought what is going to have the power ,speed,instead people thought i was asking what is going to be the best quad for me. LTandRaptorider man o man your a waste of life so go run into traffic. Reason why I said thanks is to end this thread because i was getting tried of people telling me about something I was not even asking.I been on this site for 2 years and man never ran into a bunch of people like yourselfs. if you ONLY care about acceleration, your looking at the wrong quads buddy...

also people are JUST trying to help... not many people out there ONLY care about power and acceleration...and the people who DO only care about those two items are into drag racing... and if thats your case, I suggest you look at other quads.

i was at atv drags at a fair last week and in the open class the decked raptors got smoked by just about everything...the only things that beat the ds650 where 250rs that where bore out to 350's and 380's...the ds there went up against a yfz450 and beat it...so i think the ds would be the best for draggin if thats what its for

i drag a ds650 all the time, he's beat me 3 out of 55. he's piped, ron woods cdi, and geared for accelaration. yfz's are fast as hell on holeshots.
