every time i turn my headlights on a fuse blows. why does this happen. is a wire touchin where it is not supposed to?

typically fuses will blow when there is a short, if there isnt one, i have seen fuses blow b/c of a bad bulb.

ooo... im only 13 so will this be too hard for me to fix. where do you think a short would be at. it will ride like 5 minutes sometimes with lights on and then lights cut off and u have to put a new fuse in.

Yes, sounds like you have a short somewhere. This will, more than likely, be a place where your wire is touching the frame where the coating has been rubbed or scrapped off exposing the bare wire. This is very easy to fix if you can find it. Just grab a roll of electrical tape and start looking all of your wires over. Hopefully this will help ya out some. Age doesnt matter dude, you just gotta learn stuff sometimes. :p
