Has anybody had any problems with these guys returning phone calls. I wanted to buy a anti-vibe steering stem and clamp from them and I could not get anybody to return my phone call. I was kinda in a hurry as I usally am, and I ended up buying from Houser.

Burgard sells an unbeleiveable amount of parts, and I find it hard to beleive that they can even have a spare 5 minutes to make a phone call! your best bet would be to call one of their distributers, like c&d. Both of my little bros run burgard a-arms on there quads, they look well built.

I have burgards arm on my bike, but I needed a stem and needed quick, and I could not get anybody to answer the phone or call me back

you made a good choice going with houser for the stem anyways...
