graydon nerf bar problems

Has anyone had to modify their graydon nerfs to clear the oil resi plug? I had to take about a 1/4 inch off the forward nerf tube to clear the oil plug.

nope, i didn't have to cut anything. i just installed some graydon nerf bars last nite on my 400. no directions ,no pics to show you how to put them on, come on graydon?after i installed them they seem pretty strong and look good.

i just got mine off of ebay. do i need to drill a second hole in the peg to put a bolt thru? or is just one bolt enough with the stock hole?
