---- What it is ----
Professionally converted Yz400f motor into a Honda 250r frame. Light weight thumper power that FLIES. Not for those with heart problems!
---- What it has ----
Extras include:
Newer Maier shiny gray plastics and hood
Dura Blue X33 pin drive rear axle
ASR +2 +1 front control arms
PEP shocks, adjustable w/ reservoirs
Custom bent exhaust, pretty loud (best thing about this is that the Yz 400f had an off-road brother, the WR 400f that came with a USFS approved quiet silencer w/ spark arrester that's interchangeable with the motocross Yz model)
Douglas front wheels w/ fast trekker 21x7x10 tires
Douglas bead lock rear wheels w/ turf tamer 20x11x8 tires
FMF nerf bars
Aftermarket radiator shrouds
Renthal bars
One Industries gripper seat
Quad was built in 2003 so all bearings, seals and brakes are like new. Reciepts add up to over $7000 for the build. This was not a Joe Shmo build, they really did a great job. Everything looks and runs like it's straight from the factory. Very solid...
---- What I want ----
Here's where the options come in...
1) SELL the bike outright with all aftermarket parts for $3500.
2) TRADE frame and 400f motor w/ carb, custom exhaust, and oil reservoir setup (everything you need to run) FOR a stock frame, stock motor w/ everything needed to run PLUS $750 cash. This would be the PERFECT trade for someone with a 250r looking to get into the 4-stroke scene and stay out of the big bore open classes.
3) IF the above mentioned swap happens, I'd sell off the aftermarket parts and put the quad back to stock.
4) TRADE entire quad for another entire quad plus cash.
5) TRADE entire quad even up for another quad.
I'm in Temperance, Michigan (just north of Toledo, OH) and can travel a couple hours to deliver for a sale or trade. If you have any questions or offers, shoot me an email at quadridermx@juno.com or send me a PM here.
