300ex cranking problems

Need some help....

The 300ex is in nuetral hit the starter button...... nothing
Cheked fuse under seat good.

It will roll start yes.....

Try to jump it off by screw driver across the starter solnoid? turns over but will not fire?

Any ideas?

Some times it will start right up.

Put a NEW battery in it ;) it probably has some juice but just not enough to start it :) had the same thing happen even had my old battery tested :rolleyes: they said it was good!! But decided to get a new one anyway & came home & it fired RIGHTup!!

I had the same thing happen to mine. it would start fine sometimes then other times i had to push it. one way to find out for sure is to take the button out of the housing and mine would start by pushing it kinda sideways. mine was under warranty and the dealer put a new one in,now all is good

mine did that ur battery cables r loose take them off and clean them then tighten them up
