300ex Pilot

hey i got my hmf today and get my new main jet on wednesday, the 300 is havin trouble startin up though and when i pull the clutch and get it to idle it pretty much just dies, am i going to have to go up on the pilot or can i adjust the fuel//air screw??
i think its at 3 turns out right now, how far can it turn in all??

didn't hmf send you a new pilot?
when I put mine on I did the pilot they sent and moved the needle down a clip, fuel/air screw is around 2 1/2 for me. I don't think you want to go much past 3 turns out though.

well i get the extra mains i ordered wednesday, maybe itll come with them but i doubt it

if i turn the fuel/air screw the other day will it help?
