Digital camera question

I am looking to buy a digital camera.I need 1 with a fast shutter speed for action pics.I don't want to spend a ton of money,but want to get something descent.Tell me your experiences and opinions on what you nhave.I am also looking for ease of use as far as the computer goes since I'm am not to knowledgable in that area.thanks

go to walmart for a good deal. most digital pics stop action good, with out spending a lot. the main thing is megapixels, which means the more mega the better the picture quality i have a 3.1 megapixel i bought at walmart for bout 149.00 you have to be close to stuff with digital for the pic to turn out good.jmo

My kodak has that stupid delay too. You just have to get used to it,and always pan while taking action pictures. Unless they have something new that I don't know about. I paid 250 for mine.

It is very easy to use though
