Either a big screwdriver or prybar and a lot of patience. It'll go on eventually. You can also use some soap and water to lube up the rim and tire.

Any dealership will charge you an arm and a leg to mount tires. Either find a shop (not a dealership) or do it yourself.

I mount all my own tires and I use 2 big screwdrivers and jus hold one in the same place and work around the rim with the other and I would put soap on the bead that way it will go right on and you wont rip the bead of the tire.

just go to some small repair shop and ask if you give them like $20 , if you can use there tire changer... we have a dealership and i just use the same tire changer as we use for pickup trucks and it works fine.... even on rims as small as 8".... the only hard part about it is getting the wheel to stay tight cuz car and truck tires are wider than most front wheels on a quad so sometimes you have to like put 2x4 cutoffs under the rim to keep it tight....hope this helps man.... if you lived around here i would do it for free.....~jason

i think works best is to get a friend, and 3 screwdrivers.

lube the outside of the ring, with soapy water, wd40, simple green, pretty much anything of that nature will work. then put the tire over and hold one screwdriver in place, while slowly working the other 2 screw drivers around the rim (side by side). the key to getting the tire on is to only pull a little bit over by a time, if you try to take to much the tire just wont want to slip over as easily.

and I dont know about you, but the razr2s i had gotten looked like a triangle, i found it best to spike the tire and rim a couple times after you get it mounted, so the bead will be able to seat

Thanks for all the advice.......i didn't even i screw with it, i took them up to a dealer and had them pop the last bead on each tire in. All together it ended up costing me $60......next time i'm buying a tire rim combo..

I got mine mounted at a local shop. Razor 2s all around for $15 each tire, they did a great job and aired them up. Took the old ones off and gave them back to me. $60 plus tax to get 4 new tires mounted the old ones off and aired up. Stiff 6 ply Razor 2s, what a bargain.

You need to find a friend with a tire changer. I just went to my buddies body shop today and used his tire changer.

Next time check around at some smaller gas stations that still have service or small car lots and repair shops.
