Fuel flows out my drain tube under the carb and i can't stop it.
I just replaced the float valve and it still drains out the drain tube when the fuel is turned on.
I don't think its the drain screw because it takes the fuel a good minute or so to start leaking out once it is turned on.
What else can this be?

yeah mine does that same thing i have cleaned it like 20 times, rebuilt it once replaces the float needle and the actual float and it still does it once in a while, its a pain, usually i just flush the carb a few times and it clears it up or if it dosent i ride it and the bouncing around stops it.
I would look into an aftermarket Carb.

i took it apart and cleaned it, what else do i need to replace or rebuild?
the overfueling also seems to cause a hesitation off idle when blipping the throttle in neutral.
help!

You need to take it apart and let it soak over night in a parts cleaner.
I had this problem, I took it to a local guy he charged me $14 and it worked great.
