I`ve got 2 yfzs 1 I bougth with a busted crank an sleeve an bent valves for 1600.00.Its going rasberry translucent with the blue translucent fullbore for my ol`lady give it that girlie look I got a 8 ft oven we`ll trim in yellow swing arm an arms an stem with some yellow grafics maybe mix alittle silver.
I em waiting on my yellow fullbore for mine an that rear shock an linkage allso buying a houser round style swingarm this weekend Ive got the houser stem an long travle arms an elkas on the front ,Im coming for you at ironman in the vet class lol be on that honda.:D I always get my butt smoked in that class usely race the 4-stroke class stock but now i aint got a stock quad.

I was in 6th with 1 point behind 5th but the rain and slick tires hurt me bad at the Penton race.

did you grind my swinger smooth and does the pc smooth it out pretty good? Seeing i don't think ill be able to afford my Walsh swinger this winter, i think ill pc the stocker.

The stock swingarm is pitted bad so I hit it with the sander.

I made and welded in the propeg bars with the help of rowlrag

not much sanding just enough to smooth it.
Bill Ballance is still on his same one and hes on pro row.
Chris Jenks never broke one.I do know of one pro that broken one but he took a hard hit.Maybe your buddy it alittle to rough on stuff.:)

A heat gun will take those stressmarks out of the plastic. Just hold it there for few second and they melt away...
