from what i hear it will have reverse, new plastics and head lights similar to the 450R, and ive even herd something about liquid cooling but i dont think thats gonna happen

Yeah I don't see them putting that much time into the 400ex....if anything they will probably discontinue it...and out with a whole new quad. Which would suck ***, seeing as how the 400ex is one of the most popular quads....and most reliable. Who knows whats gonna happen with it for 2005....

i was just reading threw some threads and their talkin about a 650R. who knows what honda is up to. sounds to me like the next couple of months will be interesting to see what happens and what comes out.

IMO theres no way thats gonna be comin out for the new 400ex, looks like a photoshopped 450R

that front plastic dont look identical to the 450r's it looks different so who ever photochopped it is pretty good to slightly change that plastic like it is

i believe that is a 450r with 400ex just the fenders...rear plastic seat and sidepannels..xr650 motor...and a few other things.

its got an external oil tank too....good work with photoshop

400EX will remain (for a long time), get reverse, a few engine tweeks for 5 more HP, beefed clutch to match, and of course, revised graffix. no way on liquid cooling.

Interesting.....Honda now lists the 2004 and 2005 300EX and 250EX seperately. The 2005 300EX and 250EX are "TRX300EX and TRX250EX". Whereas the 2004 models have the "Sportrax" prefix.

Hmm...more useless info for you...
