1999 400ex value???

can you guys give me a rough idea what a 1999 400ex is worth? it is all stock other that nerf bars,shock covers,skid plates. it is red. the motor smokes a little but it runs good. clean bike. the guy has the title. the reason i ask is that he wants to trade me this for a fully restored 1996 banshee that has a fresh motor, pipes, rims,skid plates........ more.

I would just trade because getting $3200 for the Banshee may take awhile and the trade is right in front of you..I traded my bad 99 Banshee for my 99 EX..I couldnt have asked for a better deal..much more satisfied with the EX..I would say go for it..
