2000 400ex for a 89 zilla

My buddy wants to trade his 89 quadzilla thats bored .60 over fatty pipe,cool head, and boyensen reeds its the fastest quad i've ever seen for my bros 2000 400ex which is stock. My brother only farts around in the yard and drag races so I told him I would do it if i were him a fixed zilla goes for a nice price. I told him it wouldnt be any where near as user friendly as his 400 but just having the fastest quad around would probally out way that statistic to him. What do you guys think? He wants to know what he should do.
