will 250ex shocks fit on a 450r like the 300 does

Yep, 250x/300ex shocks work great. I used the 400ex lowering strut in the rear and it works fine. It hooks up awesome on the dirt hardpack with about 3.5psi in my kendas.

Yea, the thing is a beast! It's an '84, 20 years and it's still on the stock piston and everything! Runs awesome, even have an aftermarket exhaust on it:cool: .

lukester720 - your R looks like a mini-quad, I think my legs would get cramped riding that thing! Looks awesome though.

Oh ok, haha. Well I'm 5'11" and about 155 lbs so I guess it's all good:D .

Maybe someday I'll have me a nice 450, but right now I have to sell the 'Shee and EX to buy a nice Chevy Z71...:D .
