I just installed an '87 ignition key holder on my yellow 2002 300ex. Man, this thing looks great...even if it is red. It goes well with the red accents. The thing was easy to install and works with all the little hardware that comes with the big wetbike looking cover that the bike originally comes with. It also FITS better than the cheesy original cover. As soon as I can get access to a digital camera I will post a pic. Oh yeah, the only things that don't fit are the little black covers for the bolts, but it looks pretty cool with the chrome bolts showing. The part number for the part is- 61302-HC0-003ZA. Just holler at your local Honda dealer and order one, I only paid 15.00 for it.
