im going to get a new stem here in the future and i would like to know what you all think is the best stem and clamp for the money thanks

You can't go wrong with Burgards for the money.:)

Unless you want to buck up and get like a Houser or JB.

Houser's make the best, Burgard if you don't want to spend much.

I have the Burgard +1 anti-vib and love it. Also MUCH stronger than stock:D

I LIKE HOUSER BUT IT LOOKS LIKE I WOULD HAVE TO BUY THE CLAMP STEM AND THE BOTTOM OF THE SHAFT(THE ADD LOOKS LIKE THEY SELL THE BOTTOM OF THE STEM BY ITS SELF .....AM I WRONG????)

Call Houser and ask them. I just bought one from them and the stem and clamp cost 270.00. I think that is the same price everybody is selling for. Had it at my door in 2 days

for the money, Burgards get my vote. Ive used them on 11 different project bikes as well as my own and ive never had any problems.

houser is a killer stem also but I personally dont want a stem thats stronger then my frame:p
