440 tech HELP!!!!!

It runs great .But it wants to sign off 3/4 to full throttle. It will not rev all the way out like it use too.when it was a 400ex help# main jet 175 pilot 45 needle clip 3rd notch- kn filter 5 holes in lid with filters wb S bend pipe wb rev limiter

your main jet is too rich. Try a 165 or 170.

I ran a 170 main and a 148 piliot with the stock carb and my 440 riped in the top end. I did have a little flat spot in the top end so I bought a bigger head pipe it seemed to open it up a lot. I also have the same cam you have (i believe) and it is a high rev cam right??. I also run with the air box lid off if possible.
