Just ordered the LRD comp exhaust system..... What size jets and settings do i use with a stock motor?

Well for the mj...I would start around a 160. Also install a 42 pilot, and just leave the needle where its at. When you install that 42 pilot, back down on the air mixture screw to like 2 turns out or so.
