I was just wondering if going to a bigger front sproket would help me out any...the only real power mods i have are a k&n air filter and a yoshimura full system and a friend is trying to sell me a sprocket for 10 bucks brand new should i do it?

you may gain a little bit of top speed. you will have less power at low rpms though. also, it wouldn't be the best for trail riding or tight tracks. open areas or high rpms should be just fine though.

i wouldnt recommend it for the mx tracks, but hey.....you could always buy it for $10 bucks and resell it later and make money off it.

If you just ride roads and open areas then you'll love it. Next thing you'll want to do is get a 416 kit with higher compression piston, stage 2 cam, and a FCR39 carb...helps out A LOT. Friend of mine has that with a 16t sprocket and it flies, feels a lot like a piped Banshee except it still has some low end power:D .
