Suzuki 450?

Has anyone heard any new news about suzuki's 450? I'm thinkin its gonna kick *** if they are taking so long to release it :rolleyes: :p

I would also guess a mid-summer realease in 05. Gust's website has mentioned that Zuki is releasing a 450, it just isnt stated directly, so take that how you want.
I do not expect Zuki/Kawi to stand by and let Yammie and Honda take their customers for very long. :)

Hopefully its not faster than the yfz, I dont want to put thousands of dollars into the yfz and then have the suzuki be 10 times beter :p

right now why would they want to come out with another when their current model is winning the GNC pro class.

The Z400 might be winning, but you have to spend thousands more to get the motor the same as the new 450's. I hope they release one as well!

That Z is probably a 450 Stroker as well.

The Z is a great quad, but it isnt race ready out of the box like the R and YFZ. The 05 Z will be along the lines of a sportier 400ex with the suspension upgrades but it still only has a 400cc motor stock.

I would expect the Zuki 450 to have the fully adjustable remote resivoir suspension on a very similar, if not the same, chassis as the 05 Z with a lower CG and lighter weight...possibly an aluminum subframe.

I also remember Mickey Dunlap confirming that Zuki was up to something and to look for a 450...this was a few months ago though.

Have to wait and see, but I would like to see Zuki come out with a 450 classed quad to open up the market even futher. :)

you know most pros dont run stock yfz's and trx's either, and to the consumer, having ur bike in the top is the best advertising you can get.

i think that kawi will come out with there own 450 and not a kawasuki again:rolleyes: because their new 450 dirtbike has their own engine

Pretty much what I have now except for the frame issue and some more hp

I read something in dirwheels about fuel injection, you guys think there is any truth to that? I would hope with as long as its taken them they make a decent frame also.
