How much is it worth?

I am possibly looking into selling my 400ex and getting a 450r, How much is it worth with mods below? And would it be better to sell stock and part out everything, or sell whole bike as is? It is in great shape no damage or rust what so ever, never wrecked or even flip in any way.

2002 yellow 400ex, Elka SSD comp adj fronts, Elak rebuilt ssd rear, Edelbrock carb kit, Clarke 5.5gallon black tank, LRD full exhuast system, K&N filter and outwear, Sparks advance key, Shockswears, Denton stering stab, AC front bumper, .190 um belly skid, .250 prm swingarm skid, New front a arms, New rear axle bearings, P brake block off and new clutch perch, And all stock parts (2 boxes of parts) A honda manual, all paper work for parts, and shop manual.

How much could I get for her?
